Important quality control
* Use European E0 grade standard particleboard, made by a top domestic manufacturer "Furen". It has a static bending strength of 13.7MPa, moisture content of 6.8%, density of 0.67g/cm³, and formaldehyde emission of 0.047mg/m³. It is durable, sturdy, and environmentally friendly.
* The board is covered with "Xiate" decorative paper, which is wear-resistant and not easy to change color. The surface is smooth and glossy, with a good overall effect.
* Use high-quality solid wood particle board as the base and PVC as edges. "Lisheng" hot melt glue is used to press the edges at a high temperature of 200℃ to prevent moisture from penetrating. The beveled edge is sealed with high-quality kraft paper.
* The fabric has a dry rubbing resistance level of 4 or higher, anti-static and anti-slip. The seat cushion is made of high-resilience sponge, which is comfortable for long-time sitting.
* L-shaped chair leg design, stable and strong load-bearing.
